What is my Strayer email address and when will I receive it?

Email accounts are created automatically within 72 hours after you enroll in a full program. If you are only enrolled in a certificate program, you will not automatically be assigned an account but you can request one. You can confirm your finalized program by viewing your schedule. If your schedule does not show finalized in your first class, you will not have access. Once it shows finalized, you will receive an email within 72 hours with more information.

For first time access, you must access through iCampus.

  1. Login to iCampus and select "Account Settings" in the upper left corner.
  2. Click My Contact Info
  3. Here you can view your email address and access the account
    • You can also login directly at https://portal.office.com using your Strayer email address as the username and your iCampus password.

Student email domains will be one of the following:

  • @my.strayer.edu
  • @jwmi.strayer.edu (Jack Welch students)

All accounts are basic with no add-ons and have 1TB of storage.
